Job Description
Our client, a leader in records management and logistics services, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialisst to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient record handling and organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist
Location: Canton Township & Plymouth, MI
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Move, organize, and load boxes, bins, and totes efficiently and safely
- Process orders for files, books, binders, and other materials accurately
- Lift and carry items weighing between 10–100+ lbs regularly without assistance
- Use hand carts, pallet jacks, and scanners to track inventory and prepare shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace environment
What's Needed?
- Ability to read and write in English
- Comfortable with repetitive physical work and lifting up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
- Willingness to operate material handling equipment safely
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat frequently
