Warehouse Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. This role is responsible for assisting with receiving, inventory control, shipping, warehouse organization, and overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume warehouse setting while supporting team productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and operational activities alongside the Production & Blending Manager
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming inventory and materials
- Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting and stock management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse tracking systems
- Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Provide support and coverage for warehouse team members as needed
- Help enforce warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational processes
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and team members
- Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Support warehouse security procedures and workplace safety initiatives
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic math and analytical skills required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines at all times
