Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Records Associate to join our team. This role involves the handling, organizing, and processing of highly confidential documents and file boxes in a secure warehouse environment. Due to the sensitive nature of the materials handled, strict confidentiality is required at all times. All employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

This is a physically active position that requires consistent lifting throughout the shift.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, organize, and process confidential file boxes and records
• Accurately label, shelve, and retrieve boxes in a large warehouse setting
• Handle sensitive documents with strict attention to confidentiality and security protocols
• Perform data entry and inventory tracking related to file management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company security procedures related to confidential materials
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
• Fulfill retrieval and delivery orders of files and boxes within the facility

Physical Requirements

• Consistent lifting of 0–50 lbs throughout the entire shift
• Standing, bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures)

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots required — must be worn on your first day and every day on the job
• Clear background check required — must pass prior to start date
• Drug screening required — must pass prior to start date
• Both the background check and drug screen must be passed to be considered for employment
• Ability to maintain full confidentiality regarding all materials and company information
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic reading and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and security procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, records, filing, or document management experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Strong attention to detail

Work Environment

This position is based in a secure, climate-controlled warehouse facility. Employees work with confidential records and files for businesses across multiple industries, including legal, healthcare, financial, and government sectors. A high level of trustworthiness and professionalism is essential.
