Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Support order processing functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities.
Receive, unload, and properly store manufactured products and raw materials.
Verify incoming shipment quantities and accurately enter receipts into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using the warehouse computerized management system.
Perform general warehouse duties, including:
- Cycle counting
- Inventory control activities
- Processing materials designated for destruction
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records
Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on a daily basis.
Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other relevant regulations.
Support all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) goals and initiatives.
Maintain a safe work environment and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
Report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous forklift operating experience.
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) License or willingness to complete training and obtain certification.

Preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control operations.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
