This is a hands-on warehouse position with responsibilities involving receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and supporting the company's sales and installation teams.We are looking for a self-motivated and organized candidate who takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with leads from other departments.This position serves as an important point of contact for warehouse-related activities, making it a great opportunity for someone with leadership potential who wants to grow with the company.Job ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Stocking
- Safely unload incoming deliveries and trucks
- Receive and count incoming inventory
- Inspect products for damage, defects, missing parts, or other discrepancies
- Record inventory information manually and through the company's computer system
- Complete and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Communicate and assist with resolving delivery discrepancies
- Stock products in the appropriate warehouse locations
- Restock the sales floor and warehouse with received inventory
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick lists
- Prepare and stage orders for customers
- Work with the sales and installation teams to gather parts for upcoming semi-truck installations
- Verify parts and quantities before orders leave the warehouse
- Pack products securely for shipment or customer pickup
- Prepare and apply accurate shipping labels
- Assist with loading customer orders as needed
- Assist with tracking inventory levels
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts
- Identify and report missing or incorrectly located inventory
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Operate a forklift when trained and authorized
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers for inventory and shipping/receiving documentation
- Ability to accurately count, organize, and track inventory
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities are a plus
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
- Must be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed
