Job Description
PPS is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Associate for our fastener distribution facility in Louisville. This is a full-time permanent position with a highly competitive starting pay rate, a second-to-none benefits package, and a high ceiling for growth!
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Unload and receive shipments
- Perform quality inspections on shipments utilizing inventory receipts
- Tag and locate inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders to be shipped
- Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other associates
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail
- MUST be a strong communicator and team player
- Warehouse experience
- Computer literacy (Windows experience)
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- Forklift experience preferred but not a requirement
- Accountability! Attendance and punctuality are part of the job requirement
