Warehouse Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Richmond, VAPay: $18-20/hourSchedule: 7: 00 AM – 3: 30 PM (Overtime & weekends during peak season)Now Hiring Reliable Warehouse Associates! Qualified Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Associates for one of our trusted clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ ll pick and prepare orders, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.What You’ ll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare shipments and help meet daily deadlines
- Use equipment like electric pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts (if trained)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow safety policies and company procedures
- Work with your team to meet productivity goals
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons
