What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly:
- Receive, organize, and manage incoming materials
- Load trucks safely and efficiently for daily deliveries
- Pick and prepare orders for customers and deliveries
- Verify order accuracy and secure loads according to DOT standards
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers
- Support general warehouse operations including shipping and receiving
- Follow all safety procedures and use required equipment
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs regularly (occasionally more)
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday - Friday with overtime during busy seasons
