Overview
Job Description
This Support position will accurately and thoroughly manage the receiving of merchandise
Primary hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Occasionally a weekend day is required, but the majority of the schedule would be Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Starting pay for this position is $20/HR. Pay reviews are based on attitude, performance and the ability to be a great teammate
Responsibilities
Organizing and prioritizing each shipment to the store
Understanding and participating in everyday freight
Organizing and Categorizing freight and fixtures from the store
Updating warehouse inventory
Expediting freight and fixtures to the store as needed
Upholding Scheels standards of cleanliness and organization inside and outside the warehouse
Overall upkeep of warehouse and grounds
Organization of the basement area of the store with a focus on keeping pallets of freight organized

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree; and/or 1-3 months of data entry experience
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
