Job Title: Production / Industrial WorkerSchedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMPay Rate: $15.15 per hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Production / Industrial Worker to join our team. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and follow all safety procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform heavy-duty physical tasks involving frequent standing and walking
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
Operate around moving mechanical parts and heavy machinery safely
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
Ability to exert:
- Up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Up to 25 pounds of force frequently
