Warehouse Associate- Schedule: 1st or 3rd
Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while handling dry pet food products. Ideal candidates are physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse cleaning and organization
- Restack and organize pallets of dry pet food
- Safely lift and move bags weighing 35–55 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and storage locations
- Operate floor sweepers or cleaning equipment as needed
- Assist with basic material handling tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 35–55 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus, but minimal forklift use required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting
- Frequent lifting, bending, and standing
- Exposure to dust and palletized products
