Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Lakewood, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $20.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 8 am to 5 pm / 1 hour unpaid lunchWarehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate handling of screws, bolts, fasteners, and industrial hardware products.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and bin systems.
• Organize pallets and new shipments.
• Conduct physical inventory counts using scales.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environment.
• Inventory accuracy rate.
• Order fulfillment accuracy.
• Ability to move into a managerial role.
• Organizational skills.
