Job Description

Westaff is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Associates in North Haven, CT!

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Pay Rate: $17 - $18.35 an hour

We are seeking reliable Packers and Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and production operations. These roles are essential to maintaining an efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Warehouse Requirements:

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Forklift Operators experience.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
