Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: WSL Inc. isseeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of products in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.

- Load and unload items from delivery trucks and storage areas.

- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a supported inventory management system.

- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.

- Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Environment

Warehouse and yard setting with heavy materials and powered equipment. Flexible scheduling or overtime may be required based on delivery demands.

Work Schedule: Full-time Monday- Friday; weekendavailability may be required.
