As one of the global leaders in sustainable technology, we’re looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Associate-Driver to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, storing, and fulfilling orders. This role involves working with warehouse management systems (WMS), operating material handling equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, collaborating with team members to support warehouse operations, and operating a company box truck to transport materials and equipment between LiquidStack facilities and approved locations as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●    Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper labelling, and on-time delivery.●    Operate a company box truck to safely transport materials, inventory, and equipment between LiquidStack facilities and approved locations.●    Manage inventory control activities, including stocking, picking, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in MRP/WMS systems.●    Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely to support warehouse and production operations.●    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety, health, and environmental standards.●    Support quality and operational standards by handling materials accurately and collaborating with cross-functional teams

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

●    High school diploma or equivalent required.●    Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations, particularly in inventory control and supply chain management.●    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).●    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tracking systems.●    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.●    Multicultural approach, comfortable working with diverse cultures and mindsets.●    Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.●    Ability to safely operate a box truck in compliance with traffic laws and company vehicle policies.●    Basic knowledge of vehicle safety inspections and load-securement practices.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

●    Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.●    Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.●    Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift heavy items throughout the workday.●    Must be eligible to operate a company vehicle, including successful completion of any required Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
