Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
  • Execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of materials and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials accurately in the ERP system.
  • Perform inventory movements, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical audits.
  • Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics activities between the warehouse and operational locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and material movements.
  • Assist in monitoring warehouse performance and identifying process improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to track deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Support warehouse layout, housekeeping, and storage optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with warehouse transition projects and facility improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to EHS policies.
  • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferences

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with warehouse layout optimization.
  • Experience with facility improvement initiatives.
