WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Warehouse Associate II takes part in the full Pick, Pack, and Ship process - including cycle count participation, work order picking for manufacturing, and inbound receiving verification.
This role operates with greater independence and is expected to handle a wider range of warehouse functions accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to on-time fulfillment, inventory integrity, and a productive team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pack customer orders while verifying part number, quantity, and condition of each line item against packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
Pick inventory from designated locations and prepare customer orders for shipment and work orders for the manufacturing process.
Receive incoming deliveries, inspect packing slips and certificates of compliance, and process goods accurately into the WMS.
Conduct cycle counts while ensuring accurate and precise data entry into the WMS system.
Stock materials in their designated inventory locations in compliance with storage procedures.
Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
Identify system or process issues and communicate to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of previous warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience.
RF scanner experience.
Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
Basic math skills sufficient to count, verify quantities, and complete warehouse documentation accurately.
Preferred
Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (NetSuite / High Jump a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Background in medical device, consumer products, or beauty industry warehouse operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
On-site warehouse role requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the full duration of the shift.
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted.
Operation of forklift and other warehouse equipment as required.
Regular movement throughout the warehouse facility including receiving docks, storage areas, and shipping areas.
Exposure to warehouse conditions including variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
This is a contract/contingent role. The pay rate for this engagement is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is paid by an authorized third-party staffing agency, who will serve as the employer of record for this engagement. SkinHealth Systems compensation and benefits programs - including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off - do not apply to this role. Benefits eligibility, if any, is determined by the employer of record.
