We are seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Burlington, NJ!
A Shift- 5:00am to 3:30pm- Sunday to WednesdayB Shift- 5:000am to 3:30pm- Wednesday to Saturday
Summary:
Receives, stores, and distributes material and products withinwarehouseby performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition todetermineitems to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predeterminedsequencesuch as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assemblyline.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Marks materials withidentifyinginformation such as labels.
Recordsamountsof materials or items received or distributed.
Weighs or counts items for distribution withinplantto ensure conformance to company standards.
Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
Responsibilities
Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities includeabilityto lead,motivateand direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PayRange:
$20-$22 per hour
*The abovestatedpay range is theanticipatedstarting salary range for the position.The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salaryin accordance withall applicable laws.
