Warehouse Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift Available | $16–$18/hr | Solon, OH AreaAlliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in the Solon, OH and surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow.Pay: $16–$18 per hourLocation: Solon, OH and surrounding areaShift: 1st or 2nd shift availableStart Date: ASAP Warehouse Associate ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for:
  • Loading and unloading trucks*
  • Picking, pulling, and preparing orders*
  • Moving materials throughout the warehouse or production area*
  • Using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment*
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized*
  • Following company safety procedures and work instructions*
  • Supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations
Warehouse Associate RequirementsQualified candidates should have:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred*
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift*
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic*
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active during the shift*
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn*
  • Ability to work well in a team environment*
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
