Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
Location: Aurora, IL (On-site)
Travel: Local deliveries to job sites as needed

Accurate Door is hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to keep inventory organized, jobs properly staged, parts moving where they need to go, and the warehouse functioning at a high level. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes order, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a company that sees long-term potential in good people.

You will help manage inventory, prep jobs, maintain the warehouse, deliver parts and equipment to job sites, and support technicians where needed. This role could be a strong fit for someone with some technical experience who wants to contribute immediately and potentially grow into a larger field or operations role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and keep warehouse materials organized
- Stage parts, tools, and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Support job prep and field readiness
- Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, efficient warehouse environment
- Assist technicians or crews when needed
- Help improve organization, accuracy, and readiness across the operation
Qualifications
- Strong organization and self-management
- Warehouse, inventory, delivery, or shop experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or light technician experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Strong attendance and time management
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and make local deliveries
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience
