- Receiving, loading, and unloading fresh fruit for the drying process.*
- Operating and monitoring drying equipment to ensure fruit is dried to quality standards. *
- Inspecting fruit for quality and removing damaged product*
- Maintaining the work area clean. *
- Cleaning and sanitizing dryer equipment. *
- Operate forklifts to load and unload the fruit.
- Ability to stand for long periods*
- Willing to work overtime *
- Willing to work any shift*
- Willing to work 6 to 7 days a week
