Job Description

Job Position: Warehouse

Location: Chino Hills, CA 91709

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

M-F 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role requires strong accuracy, the ability to follow established procedures, and a willingness to learn and adapt to company standards. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, and coachable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders daily

  • Verify product counts to ensure correct quantities are shipped

  • Follow all shipping procedures and company guidelines

  • Ensure packages meet company standards, including weight limits (no packages over 70 lbs.)

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area

  • Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors

  • Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

  • Communicate with team members and leadership regarding any discrepancies or issues

Performance Expectations:

  • Week 1 (Training Period):

    • Learn daily tasks and procedures

    • Demonstrate willingness to be coached and accept feedback

    • Begin developing accuracy in counting, packing, and shipping

  • Week 2 & Beyond:

    • Show improvement in accuracy and task execution

    • Take initiative in daily responsibilities

    • Apply feedback and corrections consistently

    • Follow all established procedures without repeated errors

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company processes

  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 70 lbs. (team lift required for heavier items)

  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
