Location: Fremont, CA 94555Pay Rate: $25 $28.57/hour + 15% shift differentialSchedule: Monday Friday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AMDuration: 6-month contract, with extension probable

Overview

Support warehouse, inventory, and material movement operations in a regulated environment. This role includes order picking, packing, staging, cycle counts, documentation, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, weigh, and load orders using RF scanners.

• Prepare shipping and inventory documentation.

• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Replenish warehouse supplies and maintain assigned work areas.

• Operate pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, strapping machines, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment.

• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy records.

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and audit-ready.

• Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.

• Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of GMP warehouse experience required.

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory processes.

• Ability to follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and safety requirements.

• Basic computer, data-entry, and math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation required for work at multiple warehouse locations.

• Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 20 pounds and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds with assistance.
