Job Description
Job Store Staffing is seeking a dependable and organized Part Time Office & Warehouse Assistant to support both warehouse and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and administrative responsibilities and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary to hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Pay & Schedule
- $23.00/hour
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Compare deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- Organize, label, and store hardware and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Load and unload deliveries as needed
- Assist with administrative and office tasks
- Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized files and records
- Answer phones and direct inquiries
- Assist with customer correspondence
- Support project coordination and scheduling
- Help with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
