Job Description

Bag Line Production AssociateLocation: Cumming, GAPay: $16.25 per hourSchedule:

Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM* (Approximately 55 hours per week)

Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced garden supply manufacturing environment. This role works directly on the bagging line, filling and preparing mulch products for distribution. Key Responsibilities

Place empty bags onto the filling machine
Monitor and assist with the filling of mulch into bags
Seal filled bags properly and securely
Move completed bags onto the conveyor line for stacking
Maintain steady workflow to meet production goals
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently
Comfortable working in a production-driven environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime (55 hours per week)
