Warehouse VAS Associate – Ontario, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Department: Value Added Services (VAS)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VAS Associate to support our kitting, labeling, packing, and display-building operations for skincare and cosmetic products. This position plays a key role in preparing high-quality, retail-ready materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitting & Assembly — Combine multiple components into finished kits according to client specifications.
  • Labeling — Apply labels accurately and efficiently to various product types.
  • Packing — Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Cardboard Display Building — Assemble POP displays for skincare and cosmetic brands.

Requirements

  • Steel-toe shoes required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment

This role involves standing for extended periods, working with hand tools, and collaborating with a team to meet daily production goals.
