- Supervise and work alongside warehouse employees.*
- Assign daily warehouse duties and special projects.*
- Coordinate workflow and help keep the team productive and on schedule.*
- Perform hands-on loading, unloading, and material handling as needed.*
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.*
- Train, coach, and provide direction to warehouse employees.*
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.*
- Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards.*
- Communicate priorities and operational needs with management.*
- Complete basic reporting and documentation as needed.*
- Step in wherever needed to keep warehouse operations moving.
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, or Team Lead experience required.*
- Strong hands-on warehouse experience.*
- Forklift certification and operating experience required.*
- Experience supervising and directing warehouse employees.*
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.*
- Ability to manage daily priorities and special projects.*
- Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties alongside the team.*
- Safety-focused and able to lead by example.*
- Dependable with a strong attendance and work history.
