This role is ideal for candidates with a solid 3–5 years of consistent work history, computer skills, and proven reliability. • Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily manufacturing and production tasks, including: Following instructions and work orders to complete projects Using computer-based programs to track and process jobs Preparing, finishing, and checking products for quality Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Working with supervisors and team members to meet goals Warehouse/ Production Associate Requirements High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus) 3–5 years of solid work history showing reliability Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong Computer skills, Adobe or other software experience helpful Physically able to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs Must pass pre-employment screening (drug test & background check)
