This position is responsible for pulling materials for production, staging inventory, operating forklifts, and supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to keep production running efficiently.The ideal candidate is an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and workplace safety.Required Experience & SkillsCurrent forklift certification required Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred Ability to read work orders and accurately pull materials Basic inventory control and material tracking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Pull and prepare parts and materials for production orders Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts Safely operate forklifts while following all company safety procedures Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and quality standards Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse Experience using inventory management systems or scanners Shipping and receiving experience Strong communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to safely operate forklifts and work around warehouse equipment and machinery Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workdayWork Environment Industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility Fast-paced environment supporting production and inventory operations Exposure to forklifts, warehouse equipment, production materials, and industrial machinery Safety-focused workplace emphasizing organization, teamwork, and efficiencyWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay based on experience Stable Monday Thursday first-shift schedule with three-day weekends Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in a growing manufacturing environment with a collaborative team Excellent opportunity to expand your warehouse, inventory, and material handling skillsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
