Warehouse / Production AssociatePay:$17.00 per hourLocation:Tulsa, OK 74134Shift:Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PMOvertime:Optional;may be required to stay late as neededJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125735Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable Warehouse / Production Associates to join a growing team in Tulsa. This position combines warehouse operations with light manufacturing duties, offering a variety of responsibilities in a clean, active work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting both order fulfillment and production processes.Required Experience & Skills Previous warehouse or production experience preferred Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment Unload incoming trucks and organize warehouse inventory Assist with manufacturing standard pleated filters Perform cutting and gluing tasks as part of the production process Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience Sit-down forklift experience (certification provided onsite) Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment Strong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment Ability to perform general warehouse and production tasks throughout the workdayWork Environment Clean, active warehouse and light manufacturing facility Team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency Less physically demanding than many heavy industrial settings Optional overtime opportunities with no regular weekend workWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable Monday Friday schedule with no weekends Optional overtime opportunities Sit-down forklift certification provided onsite Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing companyReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
