- Travel to provide and complete service/warranty work on windows and doors.
- Assess issues and problem-solve to perform repairs.
- Perform routine warranty maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of service parts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service appointments.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Have the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to use personal protective equipment, stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 150 pounds.
- Have the ability to work independently; self-motivated to get results.
- Manage overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
- Preferred ability to service windows and doors.
- Pass drug and background test.
- Enjoys working with clients and installers.
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility.
