Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Attendant to assist in our successful operations by receiving, storing, and distributing inventory, material, equipment, and products. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided by consistently exhibiting the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.

Compliance: Ability to follow all sanitation and safety measures including proper lifting techniques.

Operational Excellence: Receive, unload, and move inventory and merchandise. Take inventory of supplies and equipment, maintain stock and inventory replenishment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health and safety standards.

Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position requires background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Guest-centric mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live events.

Organization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to operate manual pallet jack, dollies, and lift equipment. Role requires transporting pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering larger loads.

Experience in a warehouse environment and/or Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handlers permit and OLCC license.

Schedule

This role is Part-Time hours with a Seasonal schedule (February - November)

Warehouse staff will be scheduled for prep days and events therefore will need to be available days, nights and weekends.

Must maintain excellent attendance.
