The Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll track, organize, order, and maintain critical inventory that keeps our Sawmill running efficiently. Your role is essential in supporting daily production by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. What you will do as an Warehouse Clerk:

Assist Millwrights/Electricians with finding parts in the warehouse
Keep parts room and work area clean, organized, and safe
Manage inventory counts as required
Administration of inventory purchase orders, requisitions, and transfers
Help coordinate shipping/transfer of parts to other mills
Daily filing of purchasing documentation
Additional administrative duties that support the warehouse team

Experience and Skills that will help you stand out:

Forklift experience for unloading parts from freight trucks and moving parts in warehouse
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new programs
Exceptionally organized and courteous
Ability to work both independently and in team environments
2-5 years of experience in an industrial setting, maintenance environment preferred
Previous parts person/buyer experience would be an asset
