Job Title: Warehouse ClerkLocation: Elk River, MNCompensation: $25.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–FridayJob Type: Full-time | TempAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Clerk workers for a logistics/warehouse company in Elk River, MN. In this role, you’ll support smooth inbound and outbound shipping operations while ensuring accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy detail-oriented work, coordinating shipments, and working with a team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:

Check in inbound trucks and verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders
Inspect products for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate dock times with carriers
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams
Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, labels, or documentation

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Clerk Role:

Must have previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination experience
Must have strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and label verification
Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk, and work in warehouse conditions (including cold storage exposure)
