Join an innovative warehouse logistics team as an Inventory Receiving Specialist in Costa Mesa and make an impact every day.As an Inventory Receiving Specialist, you'll oversee the accuracy and integrity of inbound shipments. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to track, verify, and organize incoming products, ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do As a receiving specialist, you will be responsible for:
  •  Using internal software platforms to log shipments, reconcile manifests, and update inventory counts in real time.*
  • Precise Product Placement: Routing and storing received goods into designated warehouse locations to prevent discrepancies.*
  • Inbound Auditing: Inspecting shipments for quality, verifying bills of lading, and documenting any shortfalls or damages.*
  • Freight Handling: Safely unloading delivery trucks and organizing staging areas for efficient processing.*
  • Team Collaboration: Keeping receiving docks clean and organized, assisting with cycle counts, and updating layout records.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  •  Experience with inventory control systems and digital data entry (intermediate computer skills required).*
  •  Proven background in receiving, freight handling, or inventory management.*
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy in sorting, counting, and system logging.*
  •  Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move packages comfortably.*
  •  Forklift experience is a major plus, but not mandatory—training is provided on-site.
