What You'll Do
- Coordinate inventory movement, receiving, and storage across warehouse and production areas
- Process customer returns accurately following established procedures
- Support small‑parcel and e‑commerce shipping operations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Assist with shipping dock coordination and transportation activities as needed
- Partner with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing teams
- Follow safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized workplace
What You Bring
Required
- Basic math skills and comfort working with measurements and counts
- Ability to communicate effectively to perform job duties safely and accurately
- Experience using inventory systems or standard computer tools (ERP, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete paid training, including forklift and safety certifications
Preferred (Not Required)
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Forklift or material‑handling experience
- E‑commerce or small‑parcel shipping experience
- Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Essential job functions include standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment with temperature variations
- PPE provided and required where applicable
