  • Swing Shift
  • Overnight
  • Mandatory Weekends
Pay Rate: $20, 00/HR.Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Bereavement, Paid Sick Leave (PSL)Your Role: As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees
  • Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Handle workers' compensation and injury events
  • Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
  • Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment
  • Manage timekeeping for employee hours
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Keep the employee database updated
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed
What We Require:
  • High School Diploma/GED minimum
  • Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong client service and relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
