Warehouse Data Entry

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Data Entryfor a company in Plano, TX. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).   Available shifts include Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.  Data Entry  Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Review stockroom locations and remove locations not needed from ERP
  • Cycle count out material as directed
  • Assist with move of inventory locations in ERP as directed 
  • Assist with cycle count data entry 
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork and system input is completed for cycle counts, inventory adjustments 
  • Work with the quality department on all hold inventory to coordinate the final disposition 
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Materials Manager.

Data Entry  Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers   
• Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
