Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain necessary signatures
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and management
