Job Description

The Impact You'll Make

As a Warehouse & Driver Associate, you’ll be the bridge between our operations and our customers. In the warehouse, you’ll ensure products are stored, organized, and ready to go. On the road, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering goods safely, on time, and with a friendly attitude. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our reputation for reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, following assigned routes and schedules.
  • Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues quickly.

What You'll Bring

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus).
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or both.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort with basic technology, such as handheld scanners or route navigation apps.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
  • Employee discounts on products and services.
  • Ongoing training and certification opportunities (e.g., forklift certification).
  • A supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.
