Warehouse Forklift Operator Pay, Benefits & OpportunityEarn $18.00–$20.00 per hour on a steady 1st shift schedule. This warehouse forklift role offers hands-on work in shipping, fulfillment, order picking, staging, loading, unloading, and product movement. Hours & Location1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Location: BedfordJob OverviewWe are looking for a dependable Warehouse Forklift Operator to support a busy fulfillment and shipping area. A large part of the day will be spent operating a sit-down forklift, moving finished product, staging orders, replenishing product, and helping trucks get loaded and unloaded safely. This is a good fit for someone with solid forklift experience who enjoys active warehouse work and takes pride in keeping product moving accurately.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate a sit-down forklift for a strong portion of the shiftMove, stage, sort, and replenish product throughout the warehousePull finished product and prepare it for shipmentLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyPick orders and support fulfillment needs as assignedMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work areaRequired QualificationsSit-down forklift experience requiredWarehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience is a plus, but not requiredAble to lift up to 50 lbs. when neededMust be able to follow a strict non-smoking facility policy, including no smoking on company property or in personal vehicles while on-siteDependable attendance and a safety-first attitudeTraining & RequirementsCandidates will eventually be forklift certified through the worksite. Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required.
