Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Shift: Monday–Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping products while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and shipments.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and stage products for shipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
