Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Job Type: Full-Time (37–40 hours per week)Shift:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items are accounted for
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials safely
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging items securely and labeling correctly for delivery
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Cut and glue custom filters according to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and shipping processes
- Possible opportunity to make local deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
