Warehouse Helper

WAREHOUSE HELPERJob SummaryThe Warehouse Helper is responsible for safely loading materials utilizing forklifts. Receive incoming materials from vendors, verify quantity for accuracy, description, amounts, and complete appropriate paperwork. Order picking, will call orders, assisting in loading customer's vehicles with materials, reporting problems, deliveries, service issues, etc. Assist in taking inventory as needed.Requirements:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditionsAbility to bend, reach, lift and climbExperience driving a forkliftMust have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds of material continuallyMaintain a safe and clean work areaMust be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.

• All new hires must complete pre-employment background check and drug test

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Forklift CertifiedPrevious material handling a plus
