This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouse solutions operations. You’ll help move, organize, and track materials, so our warehouse projects and service teams have what they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of materials
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately record inventory transactions and updates in Equipsoft (Excel-based program), maintaining real-time inventory integrity
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs and field crews based on work orders and project needs
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient material flow and accurate inventory tracking
- Label, store, and slot materials in designated locations in alignment with inventory management processes
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Identify, document, and report discrepancies such as damaged, missing, or misallocated materials
- Partner closely with the Inventory Manager to support inventory control processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Follow established safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and safe material handling practices
- Support general warehouse operations as needed, with a focus on maintaining organization and inventory accuracy
What You Bring:
- Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet during the workday
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
