Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Inventory & Receiving Clerk position in Chesapeake Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Must have never had felony
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse, inventory control, or receiving experience
- Must have minimum of 1 year forklift experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
- Must have experience with RF scanning systems or warehouse technology preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Pull, stage, and deliver materials to support production based on Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and assist with physical inventory
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
- Organize and maintain proper storage and bin locations within the warehouse
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed
- Accurately enter received goods into the ERP system and store in designated locations
- Operate NetSuite ERP and RF-Smart scanning systems to process inventory transactions
- Scan and track inventory movements, ensuring real-time accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area
- Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and shipping teams as needed
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm or
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay:
- $22-$25/hour based on experience
