Warehouse Inventory Control Associate / Order Picker- Goodyear, AZ

Job Summary: Humano is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The role involves operating an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists. This individual will receive a count list each day and escalate any issues to the Inventory Control team for support. The position requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a strong attention to detail.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is a must- Ability to operate an Order Picker (OP)- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Excellent organizational skillsResponsibilities:- Operate an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists- Work with the Inventory Control team to escalate and resolve any inventory issues- Maintain accurate inventory records and documents- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment- Perform other duties as assignedWork Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday first shift position, approximately 40 hours per week.
