Job Description
Title- Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I_USA [Warehouse Clerk I]Pay range -$20.00 - $25.00/ hr on W21st Shift 6am- 2: 30pm Monday through Friday. Candidate must be flexible to work holidays if needed.Overtime: 3-5 hour per week.Duration - 6 months Is there a possibility this role will be extended? Possibly. Is there a possibility this role will be converted to full time? Manager is not able to answer at this time. Candidate must be eligible to be employed for an indefinite duration of time without limitations. Keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries. In addition to the organizational skills and physical strength required to manage and store inventory. The ability to manage any administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly and performing any combination of the following duties:·Follows prescribed recordkeeping procedures using computer and/or writing instruments.·Completes required data entry into reporting spreadsheets, inventory databases, system reports, and shared drives.·Schedules cycle counting and manages inventory activities as needed.·Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.·Addresses and resolves issues with incoming ingredients and packaging·Reports to warehouse manager to alert them if any issues with shipping or receiving·Reconciles physical and financial inventories in M3 system.·Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure inventory accuracy.·Checks in incoming trucks and alerts who needs to be notified that the driver is here·Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills, Physical Requirements:* 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse.* Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred·Ability to use excel moderately·Proven problem-solving abilities, math, analytical, and 10-key calculator skills.·Must be well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.·Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.·Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.·Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.·Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.·Warehouse temperatures are variable and often uncontrolled, unless the product being stored requires that the maintenance of a specific temperature.·Must have strong verbal and written skills.·Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk to various locations in the warehouse facility, move rapidly, end, stoop, and twist and turn frequently.·Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are necessary.·Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.·Must be available to holidays as needed
