About the PositionOur client is a leader in battery production in Middletown, DE. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill the exciting role as a full-time Janitorial Maintenance Staff 3rd shift.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain warehouse standards for cleanliness

Ensure all debris and rubbish are removed from the floor to prevent safety hazards
Remove full waste containers
Sweep, mop, facilities as needed and maintain break area
Upkeep restroom facilities
Report any concerns or issues to managers
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Must be able to follow strict attendance policy, arrive to work on time, work full shift.
Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely, without continuous oversight.
Must wear steel toe or composite-toe boots
Must pass a criminal background and drug screen

Shift/Pay Rate:
3rd shift works 6PM – 6:30am, on a rotating schedule
Must be able to work a Rotating Shifts, 2 on 2 off, 3 on schedule which requires working every other weekend.
