This role involves working on projects of varying complexity, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and providing guidance as needed.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching, work direction, and oversight to regular and temporary team members, including timecard authorization.
• Oversee and execute shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on‑time fulfillment.
• Review shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, orders, shipping notices) to establish priorities and meet production and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and aging inventory; support purchasing activities and participate in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives, attend cross‑functional meetings, communicate issues and improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, train others, and meet department goals.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate forklift equipment.
